Make an Informed Decision
We know you want to make the best choice for you and your baby. We want to provide you with all the information you need to make the best decision you can under whatever circumstances you are in. There are basically three options: become a parent, get an abortion, or make an adoption plan. All these options will have a major impact on your life with many positives and negatives for you to consider.
Even if you think you know what you should do it makes sense to talk with someone about your options.
We encourage most of the pregnant women we counsel to consider parenting. Unfortunately, there may be good reasons for many not to be able to parent because the pregnancy is unplanned. Some of these issues are age – too young or old, mental or physical illness, struggles with substance abuse, legal or child protective services cases, or financial issues. We will discuss this with you in confidence and offer very straight forward advice. If you decide to parent, we will help you find resources in your community. We work with pregnancy resource centers, women’s shelters, and are part of the United Way’s 2-1-1 program.
Meet Jessica and Lane: A very candid and informal look at two women who actually placed a child for adoption with Crystal Adoptions. Here they share a little about why they chose adoption and what it was like to be able to choose the family they wanted to raise their child.
If you are considering adoption, we would be honored to work with you. Adoption isn’t “giving up” your baby. It’s doing the best you can for your child. It’s about love and hope. It’s about doing what you can to make sure your child has what he or she needs to be successful in life. It’s about taking a difficult situation and finding a way to make it into a positive experience. Adoption has changed so much over the years. We will work with you on a plan tailored to fit your needs. Click here to learn more.
An unexpected pregnancy often leads a mom-to-be to consider abortion. About a million abortions are performed in the United States each year. It is seen as a quick and easy solution and many women are pushed into it without getting the facts about the actual procedure(s) or the emotional and physical complications that can occur as a result. We are not here to judge or condemn you, but again want you to be informed.
If you have decided that adoption might be the right option for you let us know so we can talk more about it. You can start by filling out our application form here or by calling or text us at 844-366-7783.
